Fifteen years across development and product management - I've written code, shipped products, and led teams across Asia, North America, the Middle East, and Latin America. I think in systems, build with users in mind, and care about the details that make something actually work.

I've worked across fintech, wealthtech, and employee wellness - but what I'm really drawn to is the space where product thinking meets real life. How people actually use things. Why some products feel right and others don't. What happens when you pair good design with hard constraints.

Outside work I write about ideas, build side projects, and try to make sense of things. This site is where all of that lives.
